Had a very nice stay for two nights. We were given compact, good sized room with paintings to sell. The location was great and lovely, next to very regular buses, beach shops and restaurants and very close to local bars, in a very quiet area.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly in case of questions. The rooms of our place were reasonably large with paintings to sell, everything was very good. Delightful and exceptional breakfast, the food was outstanding. The location was marvellous and incredible, next to Hove Lawns. And next to restaurants and cafés, it was a bonus.

I had neat, generous-sized room with afternoon tea was served, excellent amenities, as for instance, had good night's sleep. The service was absolutely attentive. The location was incredible and fab, next to local cafés, locally produced artwork on display, and really nice bars and restaurants near by.

The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a local area, near the Brighton Seafront, the shops and cafes and beach and bus. Enjoyed staying at the classic queen room with excellent amenities. A shower, a hairdryer, and dressing gowns were available there. The team provided an exceptional service.

Everything was fantastic, the parking was close to hotel, the room was compact and airy. The location was very central, beautiful close to the seafront.
